Firstly, I’d like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding as we work to reverse the duplicated transactions.
I received word from my credit card processor that they will begin processing the refunds for the duplicated transactions today. We expect them to get through in next few days. I will post again when they notify me that they have completed the process. Please allow 5 business days for the refunds to post to your accounts. Firstly, let me thank everyone affected by this for your patience and understanding as we work to refund every duplicate transaction. At this point, we are expecting any duplicate transactions that are reflected as “pending” to not post and drop off on their own. For those transactions that have already posted, our processor will be refunding those transactions in batches. There are a lot of them, so we ask for continued patience as we get through every one. Chef Guillermo, Chef Lowen and I truly appreciate our customers and take this very seriously, as we wouldn’t be here with out you. I am working personally with our processor to make sure that this is being corrected as quickly as possible. I will continue to post updates here, and on Facebook, to keep everyone in the loop. So please check back here or follow us on Facebook to get the latest updates regarding resolution.
It has come to my attention that duplicate credit card charges dating back to September of this year, have occurred this morning, 11/29/16. These transactions have occurred due to an error with our credit card processor. I am working diligently with them to get the error corrected and to make sure any duplicate charges are reversed as soon as possible. Please check back here for updates on the reversal. I hope to get this corrected as expeditiously as possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
